What Keith Simpson doesn't like about Burger King:
I attempted to order from the Burger King drive-thru. While they took my order quickly, the wait time was excessive. After over 20 minutes, and being only the second car from the window, I didn't receive my order. Surprisingly, there were only two employees present. If staffing is a challenge, perhaps it's better to temporarily close rather than compromise customer experience. It's disheartening to see such staffing... View all feedback.
