This is the best gluten-free bread I’ve had in 15 years! It's soft and moist, just like regular bread, and I love the variety available. I highly recommend the sandwich bread, garlic bread, hamburger rolls, and dollar rolls (I haven’t had a chance to try the other items in my order yet, but I'm sure they will be just as great). The cake was good and absolutely kudos for a last minute order! The execution of light pink and white swirls definitely disappointed. I ensured that light pink when the order was repeated, and it was not written down on the sheet. It is a terrible dark pink and completely ruined the mood of the beautiful cake funnel.
Full taste very helpful! Keeping to pick up some early Mother's Day treats and one of the bakers was in front and very helpful! As far as the wonderful treats, they are great! I will place an order every time I get back to MN.
The showcase was sleepless and chaotic. The Macarons looked crumble and old. The labels were wrong for all bars. The cashier explained that the trays were refilled (to overflow), and it did not move the labels according to the resetting of the trays. The other cashier was busy talking to a very loud friend and the echo there was painful. We bought breads that were $10,000 each. We also buy half a dozen bars for the melody of $12.00. Two of the bars were corner pieces. For the price they charge, they should ask if we like corner pieces. We were told to cut the bread, wrap each piece individually and freeze as it would stick fast and seemingly together.... When I cut the honey oatmeal, it was so gummy in the middle it torn apart the bread and I used a bread knife. The garlic loaf expanded slightly better, but not much different from the honey dew. For $10.00 a foliage, the bread should be precut and the pieces separated by wax paper. We will not be a returning customer. The atmosphere was almost unbearable and two corner pieces from six bars unacceptable. The bread was dense and gummy. Maybe it was undercooked and or undersafe. The bars were fine. I'm surprised they're still in business. There are other GF bakeries that are much better.
All employees were extremely welcoming and friendly. They also offered every customer the best deals on all baked goods. So great to see a bakery that is gluten free with so many options! Will be going back again soon!
