2 stars because the food i received was good. Unfortunately i didn't actually receive what i ordered and paid for. Not sure how you swap an asiago ranch chicken sandwich for a plain piece of chicken and a piece if lettue, but they managed it. Also managedto give me the opposite drink. I ordered unsweetened ice tea. Got coke. As ling as you check everything before you leave youwill be fine eating here. Don't do like i did and wait till you get home.

I placed 3 meal orders each with medium fries and drinks. I only got two medium fries which were not filled correctly (looked meagerly filled) and was not given the 3rd Medium Fries. With the 3 meals came 3 drinks. Did not receive the straws either. Itried calling that store number 3 times and all times the line was busy. It's not the first time this happens. Missing fries,incorrectly filled fries, missing dressings or incorrect dressing when I order salads. Missing straws. This has happenedmultiple times. Make sure you double-check your order before you leave.

I?m not a hater but god dam these ppl don?t listen they have to had the worst customer service ever they messed up my order 5 times and I ended paying more then I even got because they only gave me half of my order smh.

Why is it so hard to get sauce out of these people? I was there tonight and it was like I was inconveniencing the woman at the window. You ask me what sauce I want when taking my order and when I ask for the sauce because it?s missing I?m the bad guy.I?ve had nothing but bad experiences here since they opened. The first time I was given a regular cheeseburger when I asked fora junior bacon. The customer service sucks if you don?t like your job then don?t work here.

I just got a frosty and a fry. The frosty was fine but the fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. Someone must have poured half of the shaker on the batch. This is the third time going to this particular Wendy's. The first time I went I wentthrough the drive through and paid for my order. I sat there for over five minutes and then asked why it was taking so longthey told me something I should have been told when I was paying for the order and said it would be a couple more minutes. Igot my money back and left. The next time the burger was cold like it had been sitting there awhile. I wasn't planning on goingback again but for some reason today I gave it another try. Well, this is it folks. Last time for sure.
