Ordered delivery for 5th time and again they can't deliver as so many people are waiting im told and they can't keep up with demand. Im going to go Chipotle from now on View all feedback.
Customer service really good for waiting the 430 bus to Malden. No PIN required for both credit and debit cards. Public restroom is past to the left.
I ordered delivery for the fifth time, and once again, they were unable to fulfill it due to high demand and many people waiting. I've decided to switch to Chipotle from now on.
I always make it a point to stop by this restaurant when I visit the mall. However, today was disappointing. My order was cold and not properly wrapped, so I ended up throwing it away. I tried to let the employee who was taking orders know about the issue, but they just stared at me with a blank expression and didn’t say anything. I understand it's Taco Bell, but come on!
I really love Taco Bell! Their customer service is excellent, and the food is always fresh.
