Great place for group activities! Having a Vencenzo's Pizza place right in the Bowling Alley is also very cool! Great food and outstanding service!

Stopped in last night around 8:30pm, and although they had league bowling, it was almost finished and we were informed about their Quarter-mania special, starting at 9pm. We grabbed some (fairly priced) drinks in the lounge and waited for our name to be called. Angela at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, and I hope to see more of her! We only had one issue with the lane not resetting for the second turn, but Angela took care of it immediately. Would definitely return!!

Terrible customer service. The man behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Apparently children under the age of 4 are not permitted to bowl at this location. I understand if that is the policy, but did not see that information listed anywhere. After further research I found the information listed on their website under birthday party information. Instead of getting an explanation of what age is required I was only rudely turned away saying she is not old enough to bowl here I was super surprised since she 's been bowling at different locations before, no problem. Work on your customer service interactions. Next time we come, we will just lie and say she is 4 like all the other smaller toddlers we saw bowling

Bowled in the miserable heat during a Veteran sponsored outing. Not impressed disappointed. Staff didn't care. Sweated the whole time.

It had been years since I visited this bowling alley with my family. We decided to go recently and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The people behind the counter were more concerned with their conversation than they were with helping us. Our lane had multiple issues and when I returned to the counter for help, the workers were rude and seemed irritated that my family needed their assistance. When our time was finished, we were not sure which side of the counter to place our shoes. The two workers continued their conversation without acknowledging us. They did not say a single word or glance in our direction so we put our shoes down and left. Disappointed that after so many years this place and its workers left a bad taste in my mouth.
