Absolutely awfully accused me 10$ for a bowl then 3 other people after me who all got their order before I only got 30 minutes break and I waited 20 minutes for nothing wasting time when they say it? ll be a little maybe also to Chipotle like me to get your food

Food was bland, the vegetables didn't even look as if they were properly soaked and rinsed, asked for brown rice and gave me white rice, which looked slightly brown from the sauce...., the cashier cannot communicate in English at the time, which made communication a little difficult. I don't want to go back to this industry.

I would like to clarify this abundantly, my problem with this place is not with the customer service, but with the food. Customer service here is wonderful. The girl at the counter was super polite and very accommodating. It is the kind of person you want to have in any restaurant. The chefs were also very friendly as they would wave to you from their tiny window. My problem with this place is definitely the food. To be blunt, it sucks. The rice was boiled, the beef was dry and tasteless, and the vegetables reminded me of baby food, but without taste. That was my second attempt to eat this franchise, and it was just as God as the first. The magic sauce isn't magical because it only made the worst. Zero stars for food, but all stars for the wonderful people work there.
