Panera is famous for its bread, but unfortunately, the bread I received was definitely old rather than fresh. Calling it dry and hard would be an understatement, and it seems to be a problem across different locations. I experienced the same issues at the Waltham branch last Friday. This will be my last visit to any Panera.
Wow what a great new staff they have. I was there yesterday and everyone working was so helpful.
I always got the mixed berries with Greek yogurt, I got it a few days ago but now its more money and more than a half smaller way less yogurt!!! Such a disappointment

Inedible gross food. Once it was a great place. May be they need a new GM and some motivative employees!!
