Spud's Pub - Saugus

This bar/restaurant has both a bar section and a large dining area. They have a variety of menu options, with a focus on Chinese dishes. The pizza is particularly delicious, and the boneless ribs are also tasty. Prices are reasonable. Their Karaoke night was not great. There are multiple large screen TVs for watching games. Service has been a bit slow on my recent visits. Parking is available but can fill up quickly on busy nights. It is more formal than fast food restaurants like McDonald's and is definitely a sit-down establishment. For families with restless kids, other options like Friendly's or Denny's may be better. They have wheelchair accessibility with a handicapped ramp and at least three spots reserved for disabled parking.

I love KPub, it's one of my top restaurants. The bartenders and servers are fantastic, and the food is delicious. The cocktails are a must-try! The prices are reasonable, which is a bonus. I make sure to stop by at least once a week.

After being seated, I waited over 10 minutes for the waitress to come over, and there didn't seem to be anyone else attending to the tables. I even took a photo of the place and noticed that the only waitress serving the tables behind us was sitting and chatting with the customers. She continued to chat with them while more guests arrived. The other waitress seemed to be working alone. Overall, I would not choose to return to this restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, especially thanks to the amazing staff. Amanda, my server, was fantastic. I would recommend this place 120 out of 10. The buffalo pizza was delicious and the spicy edamame was exceptionally good.

I initially visited out of curiosity, but I keep coming back because of the excellent customer service! The menu is fun and has a wide variety of options.
