Five Guys - Saugus

I needed some American fats and FiveGuys, literally. I live nearby and ordered during an unoccupied time (3PM) so that the delivery lasted only 40 minutes. Cajun-Fries were good, and the burger was not very chaotic considering that all toppings I added. I'll order again!

Best burgers and fries I ever got at every 5 Guys location. Everything was perfect, and the burger was not a greasy mess that tends to happen in many other places

Delicious. We called before we left the house to order just like an hour before they were closed. And I'm sure I didn't mind waiting for a few minutes when we came to fresh pumice. They didn't put our pommes in their pockets. Then, when she made our 2 LG Fries, she scrubbed like a whole extra loop of fresh pommes over the two big cups of Pommes and got additional pommes in our pocket! I couldn't eat them all, but in the morning for a good hash brew made from the left. Overall, my first time there and I would be a repeating customer. In any case, this place would choose for a burger.

The staff at this location really makes this 5 star. They clearly work hard and are super polite. The food is standard for Five Guys. Always pretty good, never bad.

I ordered online for pickup, and despite the team of about six people being busy, they were very friendly. They greeted me with smiles as they prepared my order, making the fries and shake fresh after I arrived to ensure everything was hot (well, the shake was cold, of course, lol). The food was fantastic! They followed my order instructions perfectly, and the burgers and toppings were fresh and delicious. The Cajun fries were excellent too!
