Eve... read more This crew works their butts off from open till close multi tasking store and mobile apps. They are the only dunks that makes an iced caramel craze on point. Everyone is so friendly and such a team effort. They get extremely busy at times but if your human have a little patience I have a severely autistic child patience is my middle name and so waiting somedays when their is a rush I just appreciate that these folks showed up and are doing their best. Be kind the coffee is well worth it.

Went today th... read more They always leave a gap at the top. I got coolattas three times during summer last year but they left a gap everytime, I stopped going after that. Went today thinking/hoping they have learned how to fill a cup, but I left disappointed. And the baristas are full of attitude, they are rude to customers but friendly to each other. It's like customers are interrupting their super serious conversations. Not going back ever again!

Today though, the woman cooking brought up an order but only said part of the number number. I then proceeded to ask her which order it was and she says I can't hear you.. You would believe that she would try to make an attempt to hear me but instead of that she continued to do what she was doing and ignored me.

They are the only Dunkin' Donuts location that serves an amazing ice... read more This team works hard from opening to closing, juggling both in-store and mobile app orders. They are the only Dunkin' Donuts location that serves an amazing iced caramel macchiato. Everyone is friendly and works as a team. They can get very busy, but if you have a little patience, they will do their best to provide excellent service. I am a patient person, and even when my autistic child is in a hurry, I understand that sometimes there may be a short wait. Just be understanding and kind, because their coffee is definitely worth it.
