They offered helpful... read more We discovered another fantastic spot while visiting family in Boston. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They offered helpful suggestions, and the extensive menu made it a bit challenging to decide what to order, but there are plenty of options for everyone. You can choose to dine individually or share dishes family-style. The sushi was excellent and expertly prepared, the dumplings were cooked to perfection, and the buns were absolutely delightful!

Three out of the five items I ordered never showed up, and when I called to inquire, the staff first blamed the driver (which isn’t my concern), and then told me that if I wanted my order, I would have to drive to the restaurant myself and pay again. What a joke! The food is decent, and I had ordered from them a few times before because they deliver late, but I won’t be ordering again. The two employees I spoke with were extremely rude. There are definitely better places for dumplings.

We will NEVER order from here a... read more My husband and I ordered from this restaurant for our wedding anniversary dinner. We were excited to try as we’re new to Saugus. We will NEVER order from here again!!!! There was a ROACH in my general gaus chicken. When we called the restaurant the woman who answered asked me to text her a photo of the bug, when I didn’t and she opened the text she said “oh yes I see that. Would you like us to send new food?” Her response was so nonchalant that it made me believe they’ve had this call before and we’re unfazed by it. They gave us a refund for the food but asked we cover “delivery fee and drivers tip”. We ordered through Grubhub and got our entire payment back. CHECK YOUR FOOD IF YOU DARE EAT HERE!!!!
