**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Once a beloved culinary destination, this restaurant now garners mixed reviews. Diners lament a significantly reduced menu, with popular items disappearing and a reliance on cheaper, less fresh ingredients. The food, often described as overly salty or reminiscent of reheated meals, struggles to impress. Yet, amidst the disappointment, many patrons fondly recall old favorites making a return. Service remains a bright spot, with attentive staff and quick orders noted. While some appreciate the live atmosphere and decent portion sizes, others find the offerings average, reminiscent of a well-known chain. The experience is a nostalgic journey but lacking culinary innovation.

Insane that a place with these prices still exists. Looking at the menu makes you wonder if you're looking at a 20 year old retro copy of the menu. Price isn't the only reason to come here of course, the food is very very good. Been eating here since I was a kid going to the Harvard Square location. Was ecstatic to see some of my old menu favorites like the Cajun popcorn return to the menu after years of disappearing. I can't understand how this place is never packed besides maybe people out in the suburbs just don't know.
Great food, great portions, great prices. Took off a star because of their menu changes [they always take off items that sell well] and their hours have worsened over the years [not open for lunch anymore during the week].
What used to be an amazing place now sucks. Ever since covid, so many menu items gone, and now loaded with cheap ingredients. Not surprised several locations have closed
