Was Elsie Skiles at Applebee's a mag?
Had lunch there on a weekday at 1or2. Nothing but a 5 star. Bartender was attentive and noticed that we were waiting for something while waiting for my steak, he offered chips and diving. The staff was busy cleaning glasses before us, which shows that they have a good team there. The food was great. I have steak and potatoes. Hostess was unequivocally useless, couldn't do the basics of her job such as greeting guests, explaining the wait. My party left after couples were seated out of order and offered seats before people that were waiting. View all feedback.
The food is excellent, a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. I highly recommend giving it a try!
We waited for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to serve us. This is the second time this has happened.
Great for a quick bite, but today, the cook forgot to add the chicken to my chicken taco salad.
The service and food have always been excellent. However, I've noticed that prices are gradually increasing, which is to be expected. Marcus, our bartender, was fantastic.
I give these 5 star ratings for this reason. Jimmy who is one of the managers. When anything goes awry he is certain to take care of it swiftly, To speak of the young waitress we had her name was Sophie a young waitress but quick to learn she was very humble and has a lot of integrity and respect for herself and her customers she serves. I can only say thank you Sophie for being the person you are.I also have to give out a shout out to Stephanie who also showed great waitressing skills and respect. that young lady should be training any waitresses or waiters that come in. I only hope this review reaches Paul the head manager. remember Sophie you are a very lovely young lady with a lot of respect be yourself. I only hope when I come back in I still see you working there and you'll be our waitress. I was very happy to see that it's still the same wonderful place I always thought it was to go and have a meal with your family, that they take care and preparing for you. I have been going there since my grown kids were little.
