My very young child and I were orderi... read more This was such a bad experience. The most horrible was I am a disabled woman, I have severe hand pain and limited mobility. My very young child and I were ordering dinner. She wanted the shrimp cocktail, but they were peel and eat. I requested they prep them for me since i couldn’t and my daughter is too young. They refused!!! I was shocked. I even asked the waitress to check with the manager. It wasn’t even crowded, we walked right in and then there were several open tables. I think that’s a violation of the ADA. Next, She had the kids Mac and cheese. Never have I seen more congealed, hardened cheap Kraft dinner powder cheese with 8 grapes. The only service we got the whole time was from flagging someone down. No drink refills. Then finally brought my kid the wrong milk as we were leaving. Really disappointed but of course mainly about the refusal to help a disabled mom.

After waiting a half hour to be seated it took an hour and a half to get our food. The waitress almost never came around. She forgot to put our order in several times. She blamed it on the kitchen being busy. A manager which was a young kid came out and apologized after the food came out and stated the waitress kept not putting our order in. Nothing but young kids working here. No real management over site. Worst service ever. Food is not the best. They forgot our clam chowder. After the food came out we asked for ketchup which came out after we were done eating.
