I've never been there, but I want to say something about sausage salad and flies.... It is actually the case that in certain places the sausage salad is made with Lyon sausage. Personally, I prefer it with Servelat, but you could ask beforehand instead of complaining about it. It is also completely normal that there are a lot of flies in the country where there are animals.
