Only after asking several times were they willing to accommodate us. Overall, a very unpleasant experience – we were very upset in the end. Never again!

We then ordered the 'Uncle... read more We visited the restaurant on a recommendation, although the lady there apparently always eats a fish dish. The welcome was very nice. We then ordered the 'Uncle Alex ' and the 'Westphalian ' schnitzel. We were served the salad very quickly, which, although very sparse, was still very tasty. We had barely finished it when the main course arrived. Two schnitzels on each plate (a lot of breading and very little meat, but delicious; my husband also enjoyed the paprika sauce). My husband then had what we considered a rather small portion of fried potatoes. On my plate, however, there were a lot of fries (I had ordered them instead of fried potatoes). Unfortunately, they were far too seasoned in my opinion and therefore far too salty for me. Since my husband wasn 't full, he ate most of them; he 's more tolerant of pain. In our opinion, it was truly overpriced for the portions, and since we weren 't even asked if everything was okay, we couldn 't comment on it there. Since everyone seemed pretty hectic, we went to the counter to pay and then left after maybe half an hour...
