Venice House On 33rd - Saskatoon

Ordered food from this place.. arrived late, deep fried mushrooms were cold, pizza was cold and salad was warm.. i phoned spoke to the same girl that took my order, she was very nice and apologized and said she would take my name number and let her manager know that she had a credit for me next time i ordered.. i thanked her and hung up.. forward 2 weeks i call to order a couple pizzas and collect my credit.. not only did the guy on the phone call me BRO numerous times.. because at first i couldnt tell him the date and time of my order he went as far as to call me a liar that no girl even worked that day and that time..so even after looking at my bank statement and phone and getting the correct day and time they still essentially called me a liar to get out of honoring a $51.45 credit.. WOW.. ive always recomended this venice house... VENICE HOUSE IN SUTHERLAND IS STILL THE BEST... venice on 33rd service and customer care is terrible and embarrasing to the feanchise.. the only reason the got a star is google doesnt do no star or negative

You can't go wrong. not the best, but do not definitiw the worst. I ordered her pizza several times and it always comes out. well made finish with a beautiful layer cheese underneath. the toppings are always completely boiled and the sweet, tangy sauce brings everything together. I also ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce (delivery) and while it was not the biggest. the portion size kept me fed for 2 days. there was plenty of water in the bottom of the plate that is my only weight. I can not give this place under 5 stars only due to the extraordinary value.

They forgot my dry ribs, but I called and they were so nice and apologised and said they would send them immediately. they were super fast. the chicken wings are not the best or the Cheesie-Dip sticks, but the dry ribs are so good. was still very impressed by the customer service.

The spicy cajun chicken captivating alfredo and dry ribs. the dry ribs were good. this is the second time that I ordered the Pasta court and that doesn't taste like the first. it has a strange sweet taste on it and much too much pfeffer. only two bites, his not frisssbar. delivery lasted about an hour and 15 minutes it was late. the person who took our order was nice.

I have been a loyal customer for a bit now, but i'm thinking its time to drop them. it's really not worth it anymore. for easter i ordered a 2 for 1 special, gave them instructions SPECIFICALLY, and still managed to mess it up. i told them extra sauce, mushrooms, mix the sauce, and have it baked. followed neither even after they charged me extra for baked. incompetent.
