We were eating yesterday while my husband's order came out first, when it comes to my order it takes 30minutes to serve, when it served it smells and tasted rotten. The people working there are very rude. Will never come back here again.
We witnessed 'dirty/dusty ' christmas decoration bulbs hanging above the table we were eating from. We don 't know how much if any dirt fell into our bowls of soup veg rolls/peanut sauce. I mentioned the dirty windows to one of the ladies who works here I was told they 're waiting for window cleaners to come clean them. Hopefully they get to Thiem 2 fast. Other than that the food was Ok plus the service was satisfactory. Again the restaurant needs a real good cleaning.Until the next time, we 'll check to see if changes have taken place.
Picked up a pork noodle bowl, well the pork was rancid plus the been sprouts were rotten ? spring rolls old and chewy. Tossed it all in the garbage and I will never eat anything from this place ever again. This place should be shut down for health and food safety concerns.
This is probably my favorite Tien, and gives lots of food for a very reasonable price. Service can be slow, but never bad. There's always smiles and the servers do care. It's also good if you have sensory issues, quiet music, or sometimes no music, and the restaurant is seldom full, usually only three to five booths full when I've been there. It feels open but not echoey, and the servers don't try for small talk. Food can be ordered by it's number, and it's pretty consistentVegetarian options: There are a few, and they're decent.
I'm going to stop going here. It's grimy, I moved tables four times before I found one that wasn't sticky, the plates are always cracked. It's not expensive but I'd rather pay another couple of bucks for a clean restaurant.
