Tacotime Idylwyld - Saskatoon

Did it right! First I love Taco time.. When ordering remove from any, most people know the feeling of coming home to find out that the order was not correct. This was the case when I ordered a taco salad a few days ago, I opened the box to find that it wasn't what I had ordered. I was frustrated and had a little Karen moment where I could complain to the restaurant by email. Within one day I received an answer from the owner sincerely apologised and said there was a taco salad under my name when I wanted it. Well, that was today... and it was super fresh and delicious! There are definitely bigger problems to worry about than my salad, but I appreciate the quick response and great customer service to keep me a happy customer. So do it!

This is the best location for Taco Time in Saskatoon. There are 3 places closer to me and I tried them, they are not close to the Idlwyld location. I'm going out to get my food from this place. The staff is always great and friendly.

This location is THE BEST in the city, they go the extra mile The careful preparation and packaging to keep warm when delivered shows. Very generous with the hot sauce and free crusts when I order on Skip.

I went through the ride thru on Tues Jan 24, 2023 and the employee work drive thru was absolutely amazing! Went over and above and excellent customer service.

Joined as member on the online app wasn't credited with points with my purchase bc the very young girl working the window said I was not eligible... Older woman behind her heard me asking why came and told her I was eligible and gave me my points right away!
