I have eaten twice here when I travel to Saskatoon for appointments. I told the owner I was celiac and he told me what gluten-free and would be sure to eat for me, I was very happy with my meal both times. Both times I had chicken fingers and poutins with smoked cheese my meal was delicious, there is a lot to choose on the menu, but it was so nice to have fries, poutins and chicken fingers for a change. Dedicated fryer for GF foods I had the fried chicken on a GF bun and poutine, it was amazing!! The staff were knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I’m beyond thrilled there is a place like this Saskatoon.
Gluten free gravy, fryer, and such good smoked meat. The Caesar salad dressing is made in house and is out of this world. Owner is very aware of celiacs. Very happy I found this place.

I'm always satisfied when I go for a meal at Schryer's. Great quality BBQ, and a convenient way to get slow smoked deliciousness!
