Saskatoon Cora Breakfast and Lunch

The food was delicious. I had 2 eggs, 2 bacon, and 2 pancakes, while my friend had an empanada. The portions were generous and the dishes were colorful and beautifully presented. However, the highlight for me was our waitress, Harper. She was efficient but also attentive to our preferences. When I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream, she remembered to give me extra whipped cream and sprinkled it with cinnamon on top. Harper was attentive when needed and gave us space when not. She even added well wishes to our bill at the end, which was a nice touch. These small details in service really made a difference and made me want to return to this restaurant. It's a great place for breakfast or lunch with friends. I highly recommend it.

We enjoy dining at this restaurant because everything is fantastic. However, the standout feature of this particular Cora location is the exceptional service provided by Hope. She is consistently our waitress and always goes above and beyond. Regardless of how much time has passed since our last visit, she never forgets our order. Make sure to request Hope every time you dine here!

Very disappointing service .We ordered for 3 plates, and they brought us the wrong order and while we were trying to tell the waitress that it was wrong she grabbed the plates and walked away. The waiter who took our order passed by after sometime of no one talking to us, we called him and asked him for an update regarding our food in the most polite manner, but he snapped and said ‘you said your order was wrong and my manager threw it away, now you gotta wait for another one’I was so shocked, because the order was indeed wrong. Eventually after a long wait (felt as though they were trying to punish us), they eventually brought out food with no single apology or whatsoever.It’s very disappointing that such bad customer service is still being offered. Cora provides a serviceable breakfast but I don't think I have ever received a plate where every item is warm much less hot-sometimes all of it it cold. Service is slow and the place is overpriced for what you receive-which in fairness is pretty generous portions and everything tastes fine, the coffee is great. With a few tweaks this place could be really very good.
