What Kenton Lakin doesn't like about Royal Thai Restaurant:
Me friends and I used to order from here all the time until 2 years ago. The food changed, lack of flavour and quality. They just throw more heat to cover the lack of flavour It’s too bad. Number 23 used to be my fav, now it’s terrible Egg roll that was pure dough… nothing inside View all feedback.
Order delivery from here on a regular basis. Very large portions at a reasonable price. Their pad Thai, volcano chicken and green curry are family favourites.
Green curry is fantastic, particularly when combined with their delicious coconut rice. Pad Ped Basil was good but not amazing, veggies were cooked a little too much such that they didn 't really retain any of their individual flavours. Price is fair but not cheap, the entrees do not come with rice, which must be ordered separately, so the entrees are really more expensive than it might seem. I wish the 'large ' coconut rice serving was larger. Will be returning to try more of their dishes, definitely give the green curry a shot!
Had lunch buffet. Many options to choose from and not busy in comparison to other down town restaurants at lunch hour. Food was tasty. Liked the punch the Spicy Beef has. Although the Pad Thai was bland. The signature Thai dish should be delicious at a Thai restaurant.
Food is excellent!Very spicy and very flavourful!You get lots for your money and its always hot!Staff is very nice on the phone and in person.
This is my second time eating here and its very good!! A must have if in saskatoon! Will be back many many more times!
