The $8 menu for all items is a great value, with standouts like shrimp tacos and Gringos cocktails. While some reviews expressed disappointment with the atmosphere and food quality, others praised the rooftop patio, friendly service, and tasty wings. Overall, the Crazy Cactus seems to be an eclectic spot that's a hit or miss depending on personal preferences, but the majority of visitors enjoyed their meals and drinks.
Met my daughter at the Crazy Cactus last evening for wings. They were terrific. the service was fantastic and though I normally get the servers name for a review, I can not remember it today. Guess I'm getting old. The food, as always, was delicious, and who can pass on a Gringo?
I was actually surprised by how much I liked this place. My enchiladas and soup were excellent. My boyfriend loved his fries and didn't care much for the burger. Overall friendly staff and we would come back
Small town bar atmosphere in the heart of the city. Famous for their Gringos and they are dangerously delicious. The food has significantly improved since they hired a new chef.
My dad and I were trying to find a place to have dinner and we drove by the Crazy Cactus, we decided let's try it... The service was excellent, I can't remember the name of our server but he was great, and the food was really good and great prices. We went in on a Sunday late afternoon it wasn't busy at this time but my dad and I both loved our meals and I will go back the next time I am in Saskatoon!
Great music and bar prices. Food is less than pub grub. Come on bros. Start getting it right. You have so much potential.
