Contribute FeedbackCitizen Cafe and Bakery offers a variety of dietary options, though some reviewers found the food to be of low quality, specifically mentioning disappointment with certain sandwiches. However, the carrot cake received positive feedback for its texture and flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant was praised, with one reviewer mentioning the welcoming energy of the place. Despite some inconsistencies with service, such as limited sandwich availability after 3 pm, other reviewers appreciated the vegan and gluten-free options available. The Pythagoras sandwich was highlighted as a standout choice, along with the delicious 'coke floats'. While some struggled with the menu layout, the overall experience at Citizen Cafe and Bakery was positive, with many expressing intentions to return.
Bake and breakfast panini are amazing to get on the way to the holiday home! also to study a quiet caffe. her vegan pop tea is super sweet and tasty! note that the vegan panini is not on her menu, but can be made vegan for her!
I was in saskatoon for a conference. my hotel was around the corner. not many vegan options, but the (chickpea) sandwich I ordered was extremely good and brought me back several times to the breakfast. beautiful bright caffe with a relaxed atmosphere and many plugs for laptop.
Many selected options as I write that it reminds me that I like to know what I eat is vegan and not to ask! this small place is full of sunshine, beautiful energy and great eating!
They have so many delicious vegan baked were- we enjoyed a pop tart!!! , karamell pecan bar, and huge peanut butter blondie. we were only for the weekend in saskatoon, but plan to stop again on the way out of the city!
The women behind the counter were sweet to make me a veganized sandwich, even at 9am in the morning. It was tasty! Plus two decadent vegan cookies and a very good muffin. Great place for Saskatoon to have.
