Otto's - Sasbachwalden

Close to business have stayed here still a delicious dinner... and have been served very friendly! You like to come back!

Since approx. 20 years I come to eat salads more often in the Otto's, always a great taste experience, whether salad with salmon, with duck breast, with pork fillet.... The other dishes, e.g. the steaks are recommended. Simply ingenious, there is also a bit further way, we like to drive the 25-30 km, reserve is mandatory, always very well visited, the price/performance ratio is really top! The one thing that may be improved, the service of the beverage can be reordered, which often takes a little longer! Always happy again!

At Otto's there are the best salads wide and wide. The portions are huge, the price-performance ratio is good. However, the restaurant is not so large, so a seat reservation is always worthwhile if you want to enjoy the tasty salads offered. Parking is unfortunately only limited, so you have to look for suitable parking facilities.

Otto in Sabachwalden almost perfect. If you like to eat salad, you will get a salad for your money with supplements (strips, roast potatoes, salmon, etc. who seeks his same. A portion that's so big that it's hard to make the whole plate empty... that's why you're so hungry. But besides this speciality, the Otto also offers delicious dishes like Rumpsteak with Pommes... a great advantage is also that no matter how often I am in the Otto, it always tastes good. So there are no good and bad days... 5 stars weren't there because due to the good visit, the service remains a little on the way. Although always friendly and nice, it can happen occasionally that you have to wait long before you can order... the food on the other hand always comes relatively fast. ... a bit more attention or a service worker more and the 5 stars are guaranteed. But otherwise an absolute top recommendation.

It has stones and wooden beams and a bar section but seems more like a modern restaurant, but it was the busiest place in town on a Tuesday night. It has a pizza menu that no one seemed to use and a limited selection of salads and meat dishes. I saw what were probably the salads come out and they were mountainous. I had chicken and I first got a salad, then the chicken (just grilled breast, not the traditional German roast that I was hoping for) came out with a mountain of potatoes and vegetables and a great sauce. It's €15 for chicken, €20 for steaks, I think under €10 for salads, but you will not go hungry. Plus they have good beers and local wines at pretty low prices. Not sure if they have an English menu though.
