My wife and I have never had a bad experience at Shanghai Tokyo. The services are attentive and polite, and the food is great. The spice level on the “spicy” dishes good and the sushi is wonderful. The coconut shrimp is a definite winner on the appetizer menu. It’s BYOB and there is a $4 corkage fee. Dietary restrictions: Shanghai Tokyo does have gluten free options and gluten free soy sauce. Have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. Flavors are great and portions are large. The orange chicken is my favorite. I'm not a sushi fan but what I've had there has been great. It is BYOB and I do believe there is a corking fee.
My goto for Chinease food and sushi! So good. Excellent and quick service!
Didn't have a bad meal here for many years, but it was a bit lacking today. They forgot a wonton soup and we tried the calamari appetizer. It was dark brown like it was overdone, but they were really limp and rubbery.Hopefully this was just a one off bad experience. As I said, I've had good experiences until today.
There portions are great and all tast so amazing! I love there orange chicken especially its just right! Ive never had a bad experience with them truly.
Place was super busy but all the employees handled it very well and the food was as good as always
