What Michael Logue doesn't like about Bugsy's Pizza Wings Sarver:
Tried their pizza for the first time this evening. Got a large Sicilian with green peppers and pepperoni. Pizza was very very bland and tasteless. Almost like there is no seasoning whatsoever. Won't be back unfortunately. View all feedback.
On 7/30/21 ordered two slices of pizza, a steak sub and an order of fried mushrooms. Very disappointed. Mushrooms very greasy and overcooked. Pizza did not taste fully cooked.
Italian sub was decent. I order my Stromboli with extra cheese but it barely had any, snd stay away from the cheese balls. The $4 order only get you about 8 or 10 of them.
12 years ago, I tasted my first and best steak sandwich right here, I can't forget it. I am not sure if those who ran it then run it still, but I have a very strong feeling of love towards this food place !!!!
Good food and service this time. Had bad service other times. Food was hot and crispy. Fries were crispy. Stromboli was amazing. May be my new Stromboli place.
We used to order pizza from here since they opened and had no issue. The last time we ordered for take out they gave us a time, we went to get it and they told us there was no order for us. They had an attitude at bugsy in Sarver. Claimed I called the wrong number, I did not and have the phone record to prove it. They did not apologize or offer anything for their mistake. When I called to talk to talk to a manager she had a rude attitude from the start and did not apologize till I called her out on this unprofessionalism; she continued to do nothing and got heated with me then hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional business. The other comments about the workers’ terrible attitude is sadly 100% true. We will NEVER order from bugsy pizza in Sarver again. I highly recommend handle bars and Lettopalena for high quality local pizza. Both places have great food and great staff.
