I used to be a fairly regular customer, but can 't believe how far downhill this place has gone! Went in with a couple of friends and waited, and waited, and yes, drive thru was busy, but no one, for about 8 minutes even acknowledged us there waiting to place an order. What has happened to this place? Drive-thru menus are falling apart, lights in menu board burnt out, speaker/mic for ordering barely function, exterior wall as I drove up was filthy, can't get a shake because the machine is STILL broken, my burger tasted like the meat was old...everything has fallen into disrepair. Did the owner skip town or something??? BK used to be my fave fast food joint, but apparently this location doesn't care about their quality and hospitality anymore. Really disappointing.
