I had been wanting to try Poutine Hut for a while, but was always in such a rush. One day, I had a bit of extra time, so I decided to go in. Well! My husband, my mom and I went there last week. We ordered two regular poutines and burgers. The fries did not taste fresh, but hard and dry. The curds were the delicious and the gravy was kinda sweet, not what I was expecting. My husband said the burgers were like a hockey puck. Really had high hopes for this place. But it is delicious, and the portions are ample. I was stuffed by the time I left. All in all, a very nice switch from the typical fast food joints - and far more satisfying. I'd love for this place to *stay* in business!
Poutine was by far one of the worst I've ever had... Burger was "ok", but $1.39 for cheese and $1 for a cup is outrageous... Didn't even bother bringing home the leftovers. I will not be returning. Disappointed
