What StephenM doesn't like about Saratoga Race Course - Turf Terrace:
Pro: Enjoyable day. Friendly service. Decent food. Exciting horse racing. Good way to spend an afternoon with friends or family members. Con: Somewhat expensive of late. Removed $25 per person food/drink cost and replaced it with an upfront table cost per person. Cost of food remains moderately expensive in light of the change. View all feedback. Food was adequate but better options elsewhere on the grounds. Great place to watch the horses and see the race. Easy access to restrooms. Betting windows were upstairs and not as convenient. Did not have an account which might have made betting at the table possible but it was hard to see the screen at the table due to the lighting. Nearby big tv was helpful. Homemade Asparagus soup - fresh direct from the farmers field to the pot - delicious Fish and chips were delicious but average.
Best poutine you will ever have. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful large portions
This small café boasts a nice menu of comfort / classic diner food prepared fresh on the premises.
Not a great service, we felt like we were bothering the server.
