Ordered a calzone and there were o ricotta cheese in it and only stacked ingredients mixed with 0 cheeses. Uncertain how to eat it even without everything falling out. Very disappointing. View all feedback.
Until last night, I would have recommended this place to anyone. Last night however, we ordered our pizza and when it was delivered we dug in! My husband took a bite of his slice and noticed there was a nail in the crust. We immediately called and talked to three different people, the last person being the manager. They called us liars, didn’t offer to replace or refund the food and said the owner would call asap. We even drove the pizza back to them, showed pictures and they still said we were lying. Over the years, I’d have to guess we’ve ordered around 100-150 times, we’ve had mistakes happen but never requested a refund or remake. I could see if our order history was suspicious of people just looking for free food but it’s not. I still haven’t heard from the owner and will not order again.. I don’t appreciate being yelled at and called a liar and not even getting an apology from anyone working last night. Mistakes happen, I don’t think it was intentional but there was 100% a nail in our food and nothing was done. Shoutout to D’Andres that had a new pie at our door in 30 minutes, no nails and great customer service. Do better primo… UPDATE: The owner, Vince, called a few minutes ago and did offer an apology and a gift card. He confirmed his managers are not authorized to offer refunds or remakes, so keep that in mind when ordering if something goes sideways. If they can’t reach the owners to authorize it, nothing can be done. I declined the gift card, that wasn’t what this was about. Hopefully the staff get some customer service training and they try to find out where the nail came from to avoid it in the future.
Showed up 5 minutes early for an 8 cut and garlic knots. Was told by an associate that it was going to be about 7 minutes. No problem I was 5 early. Sat in the lobby for about a half hour listening to all the kitchens problems and jokes while other customers waited as clerks kept asking what their orders were.finally a different associate asked what I was there for. After I told her she immediately retrieved my 2 items. I took my short 10 minute ride home to open a box with an obviously cold pizza. Seems it was only 7. Maybe if the staff focused on there jobs they wouldn't continue to disappoint their customers. Never going back.

Business charges extra for to use a card Probably dodging taxes Pizza is ok... but if your from downstate your probably not gonna think its killer good, the chicken parmesan sammie was pretty good ide go back for a quick slice I suppose
Walked in looking for slices. They had only very old looking specialty slices in the hard plastic display. After noticing several house Flys buzzing around them, I decided maybe it would be best to get a fresh 8 cut pizza. The pie i was sold cost $16.50 usd and end up being a 10 pan. It was supposed to feed my family but you can imagine the look on their face when dad came home with what appeared to be a personal pan sized pie. I went hungry that night, but did have a bite of my wifes. There won't be a next time, however, I should have looked in the box before leaving. That all being said, the pizza was godawful. The dough was was entirely too thick and made the sauce burn. Improper stretching of the dough yielded a crust that was less risen than the dressed part. Literally looked like a little Ceasars pizza, but had 0 flavor. Such a shame. This place used to be much better. They need to stop hiring these teenagers to run the shop. Lost another customer. Good riddance.
