First on a positive note the people there are great. The ice cream is great. At our last visit 11/2 husband and I agreed we had the worstburger ever. We had to wait 25 minutes from the time we ordered and when they arrived both were burnt almost beyond recognition-we were hungry after a long day shopping so we just ate them but honestly if we ever have this experience again it will be thelast time we eat there . Whoever is running this place should look for a different job. 3rd time we got bad order here. Goodbye Culver?s. Never again! I?m done.

It wasn’t served to our table, so we went to check on our order and discovered that it had been sitting on the counter waiting for onion rings. By the time we received it, our food was cold. We have visited Culver #511 many times before without any issues, but it appeared that there simply weren't enough staff available to handle the Friday night rush. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to return. Additionally, the women's bathroom was not well-maintained.

Nevertheless, I recommend coming here to enjoy the delicious food and excellent service!

My only complaint is that the soda machines seemed a bit off with the carbonation to syrup ratio. Other than that, it’s a fantastic spot for a quick meal.
