Given that the cafe is located in the center of the city, that kind of service is proportional to a cafe that you would find in some big bad city. I just went out with my mates at the speed of light because we felt so ugly after the attached service. We were served by an older waiter with glasses and a beard. Actually, when I think about it more, that service of his was anything but a service... Quasi-service, so to speak. The gentleman approached our table and literally started staring at us as if the ghosts themselves had appeared before his eyes. Not even to say please, or anything. After that when we got what we ordered, the gentleman brought a half order. The coffee was brought without water, since everyone at the table was an active smoker, there was no ashtray, and of course it doesn't count on the map either. When he finally deigned to bring the ashtray, my wonderful friend politely and politely asked him if he could have a glass of water BECAUSE IT IS SOMETHING OFFERED WITH COFFEE IN EVERY CAFE IN SARAJEVO, he would answer in an aggressive and arrogant tone that he could not. It was the final straw where we left the table in total chaos afterwards. We hesitated whether to leave the money or just leave the place, but again, for the reason that we are well-bred and mature enough, we left the money to the reserved and uncultured waiter. I don't know if that was some manifestation of classism, considering that we are students AND we did NOT order anything more expensive than the coffees we mostly drink to go out.
