I asked my hotel recipe for Babi Guling Warung and I was glad I followed her recommendation. It will be one of my favorite Babi Guling in Bali! Generous portion, delicate juicy pig, large spices in all and naturally crispy pork skin! It was so delicious that I decided to order 4 Takeaways as Oleh oil for my family home in Jawa Tengah.
