What User doesn't like about Jollibee Padre Pio:
I had a disappointing experience at this Jollibee branch. The service was poor! I requested tap water, but they insisted on using their own tumbler; otherwise, they couldn't fulfill the request. I was really let down by that. Additionally, I specified that I wanted my meal for dine-in, but they served it as a takeout. I also overheard another table mentioning that their fries were missing! We had ours through a drive-thru. We waited for at least 20–30 minutes for our orders. I was quite disappointed since our drinks should have been iced tea, but they gave us coke instead. Sadly, we weren't able to change it back since we were already on the road. I hope that the crews will double check the orders every time, and thus, our bad experience will not be experienced by others as well.
