They offer a wide variety of food, including plenty of vegetables. The grilled chicken and pork bulalo are tender, and they also provide an all-you-can-eat option at a reasonable price.
The restaurant operates in a cafeteria style, where you select your food from a variety of options, and the server portions it out for you. Every meal includes a cup of rice and a bowl of soup. Many of the dishes were unfamiliar to me, so I had to ask the server for clarification. I ended up choosing the lechon kawali, which tasted surprisingly similar to bagnet—perhaps it even was. The service was relatively quick once I reached the front of the line, after which I paid at the cashier. I’m not sure of the exact prices for each dish, but seven plates cost us nearly 900 pesos, which suggests each dish was around 130-150 pesos. Overall, the food was decent. It wasn’t particularly flavorful, but if you’re looking for a quick meal, it suffices. However, the service could use some improvement, as the staff seemed overwhelmed by the sudden rush of customers; they appeared quite frazzled. Additionally, labeling the dishes would be beneficial since many diners here are tourists and could use some clarity.
Pinapaitan is good, but very expensive. This bowl cost Php150
Very expensive place and the food is not very outstanding.
