That was the best sushi experience I ever had in my life. The cost was around $110 for a multi-course meal that left us perfect, but not excessively full and multiple imported Japanese beers. It is not super cheap, but there are many affordable options on the menu and I have paid $80-$100 in other places and had mediocre or mediocre-goosd experiences, but all from the location to the service to the quality of the foo... What User doesn't like about Nau Lounge:
The service was good, but the food tasted mediocre. The dumplings were overfried. The sushi tasted bland and the rice dry. The fried banana for dessert was wanting in flavor. I wouldn't go back. AÀ as we ÀÀ View all feedback.
WOW!!! Very surprising how good this place is!!!! Beyond expectations. If you love sushi, you will love this place.
The second best sushi in Santo Domingo to Samurai. The hotel is located on the first floor of the Intercontinental Hotel. 43 pieces sashimi plate was good. The price was affordable compared to Samurai. The atmosphere and the service were top notch.
Updated on 15. January I went back and obviously had the salmon fly again. This time we tried the Nau Special Combination. It was a bargain for the price. It is hard to find fresh seafood at these prices in the city. December 29 The salmon fly and the Sushi Bruschetta were my favorite plates. I was surprised to find fresh fish and high-quality food in this restaurant. One of my friends who was in many Asian countries said that she thought the food in Nau was very similar to that she had in Japan in her last trip.
This was the best sushi experience I've ever had in my life. The cost was around $110 for a multi course meal that left us perfectly but not overly full and multiple imported Japanese beers. Its not super cheap but there are lots of affordable options on the menu and I've paid $80-$100 at other places and had mediocre or mediocre-goosd experiences but everything from the location to the service to the quality of the food was so on point it was worth every penny. Also, to be clear the price was both worth it and would have been MUCH higher if this location were in another city. An NYC or San Francisco sushi experience like this would have been minimum $200-$250 I would definitely go here again.
I would say it's probably the best sushi in town. It's pricey but worth every penny. An innovative menu will leave you wanting to return to try everything on it!
