What Loit Ubiera doesn't like about Ajuala:
Run of the mill tourist trap. Definitely better restaurants in Santo Domingo at a much better price in regards of food and the whole experience . The service for the most part is always good regardless of wich restaurant you go here in the city ..The menu is nothing new and or special , the food was poorly executed . The only thing I really enjoyed was the dessert and the wine selection . Nothing special . Could use... View all feedback.

Chef Saverio and staff will certainly treat you to memorable exceptional gastronomic experience. From the time you valet you vehicle to your exit, you will feel the the professionalism and caring of the staff. Once you enter the dining room you will enter into a beautiful detailed atmosphere of total relaxation. The staff is very attentive. Once you are greeted from the friendly staff you will get an inclusive explanation of the menu. The choices are inclusive, Meat Fish Foul. The appetizer list is also inclusive. Chef Saverio will definitely wow you with his use of local products. I can’t even use words to explain the exceptional wine list. It represents all the great wine countries. Spain,Italy, France. Priced accordingly to all tastes. Ajuala will definitely leave you with a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend AjualaEnjoy
