A routine fast‑food stop devolves into frustration: painfully slow service with drive‑thru waits up to an hour, cold or incorrectly prepared food, and inattentive staff. Restrooms are poorly maintained and lack soap and paper towels; the outlet enforces a change‑less policy and doesn’t offer bottled water. Occasional refunds or replacements don’t compensate for chaotic service, heavy condiment errors and cleanliness issues. Time‑pressed travelers and hygiene‑conscious diners should beware until order accuracy and basic maintenance improve.

I have to say I wish I would have read the reviews that everyone has done before going to this Wendy’s. I was highly disappointed in everything. The girl at the counter took our order and asked if we were paying cash or card. We told her cash and gave her the $20 to pay for our meal just for her to say “ We don’t have any change to give you” that they are doing “Changeless” so I payed with my card. Just for them to mess the order up anyways. We ordered 2 Dave’s singles one with no tomato or lettuce and the other one with no tomato and onion. Seems simple right? Nope, that was too hard. Got the sandwiches and pulled the onions off mine whatever. But when I look at the burger you have put so much mustard on it that it is all I taste, no mayo or ketchup. The girl at the counter was eating a cookie that she took out of the case and drinking her drink while playing on her phone. They saw the manager coming in and got rid of whatever they were suppose to have. The manager came in and asked why the windows weren’t clean and so on. The girl at the counter said I cleaned everything this morning. Well after that she just had an attitude the rest of the time we were in there. She was taking peoples orders being rude and inconsiderate the whole time not paying attention to the customers. Before we left I went to the bathroom to see this below. I mean come on…how hard is it to get maintenance to come and fix things the way the need to be fixed? They really believe in duct tape for everything. Paper towels not in the holders and just on the ledges. I mean come on Wendy’s do better!
The staff made me wait to place my order until they filled the oder before me. Then did the same thing to the next customer ?.
No change had to use a card. Soda machine needs services as ended with the 4th choice. Staff is trying but the place is a mess tonight.
This is the slowest Wendy's I've ever visited! They deserve a zero.
