Tabu Sushi Grill Santee

As a Japanese I enjoyed it! Tuna was so fresh, not bad smells! I love it? Husband and children enjoyed ramen?? I know I'll go back there!!!

It wasn't crowded for a Friday night. The food was decent, though it could use some improvement. I’m giving it 5 stars because I left feeling fine.

Sushi got here until it was too expensive. A decent sushi, nothing great. decided to give him another shot and went with my daughter and wife. Our drinks were never filled again and my meal never came out. Not until my meal ends, as my wife and daughter have already been made with their meals. If you want to spend a lot of money for mediocre food with really bad service, then this is the place for you.

The yakisoba tasted similar to instant noodles, and the sushi felt like something you’d find at a grocery store—honestly, I believe the grocery store sushi is even better. No offense intended, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’ve been to Japan, so I understand it won’t be the same, but it should strive to be better.

I visited this restaurant with my date on a Saturday at 9 PM, and it was surprisingly empty. However, the food and service were exceptional. I definitely plan to return and would love to see more people enjoying this place!
