I ordered 2 Jumbo Jack meals that cost $23! On top of that, the food was poor quality with bland flavor and was basically bread, patty, and pickles. The app did not apply a falsifying 20% off. I would give 0 stars. View all feedback.

Dear Jack in the Box Corporate OfficeDate: November 26, 2023Dear Jack in the Box Management,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and recurring errors at the Jack in the Box location at 8500 Magnolia Ave, Santee, CA 92071.Incident Date: November 26, 2023On the mentioned date, I placed an order totaling $19.03, which included 2 tacos, a Bacon Swiss Buttery Burger, 8 nuggets, and 5 churros. Upon arriving home, I realized that instead of the Bacon Swiss Buttery Burger, I received a $3 breakfast burger. This was not what I ordered or paid for.Immediate Response and Issue:I promptly called the store to address this error. The manager, identified as Mayra or Maira, answered the call. I explained the situation and expressed my concern that such errors have been a recurring issue. Initially, she offered to replace the burger but asked for my name and phone number. When I insisted on a refund due to the frequency of such mistakes, her response was unprofessional and dismissive. She refused to take down my information unless it was for a replacement burger and stated that I would need to return immediately if I wanted a refund, as she was leaving soon.This response was not only unhelpful but also rude. Her refusal to accommodate a reasonable request and the abrupt termination of our call were both unacceptable and unprofessional.Expectations and Resolution:As a regular customer, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and the lack of accountability in rectifying mistakes. It is disheartening that such issues are not taken seriously, affecting the overall customer experience.I would like to request that this matter be looked into, and appropriate actions are taken to improve service quality and order accuracy at this location. I also expect a formal apology for the inconvenience caused and a refund for the incorrect item.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Stood in line today 10/5/23 1:15pm and was told by 4 different employees they’d be right with me. There began to form a line behind me when I walked in I was the only customer. Now there’s 5 people in line and I haven’t even been spoken to other than “one moment”(x4). I walked out, I go to this Jack in the box a lot but will not go back after seeing how much they truly care about their jobs and the customers they serve. Do your self a favor and save yourself some time and money and go somewhere elseWhere they actually appreciate their customers.
