The food was good. Everything is large here. Pancakes are the biggest pancakes I have ever seen. Very thick as well. I ordered the Grand Slam which I believe the name was stolen from Denny's? Anyway, all of the food was good. The establishment itself is in disrepair and needs an overhaul. Probably need knocked down and rebuilt. It was very dead at lunch time. This shocked me after reading the history of this place an... View all feedback.
What Alyce Stamm doesn't like about Family Tree The:
The atmosphere was lovely and had a hidden charm, but... We came for breakfast and my daughter spotted a lot of ants crawling on the floor. We were the first guests there, yet they had already run out of orange juice. The food was just average, and later my daughter seemed to suffer from food poisoning. I can't recommend this place. This is a pretty little town of Santaquin. The environment is fun a d interesting, the service friendly, and the food was fantastic. We started with huge scenarios that came to food instead of Toast! I was just through and stopped because it looked nice. I'm back.
Historical and funny. The ambience is filled with old photos of the owner's ancestors who feel nostalgic. The food was very delicious - from scratch! The cones with the honey butter were heavenly. Our waitress was so friendly and told us about the story that is very interesting! This restaurant also has a sought-after reputation: they give tours on Saturday evenings at 9 pm. You pay about $40, get dinner and a tour through the whole place, including the cellar (there are 2). It was introduced to some paranormal shows, so if you are in it, check out this place!
Fun place with lots of history. They say it's hunted, but nothing crazy about our visit (too bad). The kids had fun and the food is good. The Scones are the right treats here I would go back every day for Scones. If you are looking for something else, this is a fun place to stop by and take a bite
The food was great (I have the Ham Steak dinner... Yum! The service was a little slow. The inside looks cool like you're in a hut. Dinners come with many pages, including scenes. Pretty guys. Like literally 2 ft. long scones served in a long basket. They were delicious. I would certainly recommend this place.
Five minutes off the freeway is another world, even in Utah. Family to the max. The waitress didn't know what sourdough bread was! They had to make coffee just for me. Basic breakfast. Ample portions. So cute. I left a huge tip. My second visit the following year was similar, but this time, they did have coffee already brewed. When I declined toast and potatoes from my order, the friendly waitress recalculated the prices from the al a carte menu and charged a lower price. Good show. Another huge tip.
