Iceberg Drive Inn Santaquin

Their shakes are the best.They gave us cold fries.Offering to replace any item you are not satisfied with works great... only if we 're not out of the drive-through and down the highway a few miles when we discover it.

Came to get some shakes to go and first off got the wrong shakes, which seems to be a pretty consistent issue. Secondly the shakes were hardly mixed. The first 3/4 of them were straight vanilla while full oreos were sitting at the bottom. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the food in general but it is most definitely the last time going to this location.

Went tonight to get some shakes and fries. Proceeded to wait in line for around 20 minutes and the girl working the window didn’t even bother to give me a total. After payment, I received cold fries and the wrong shake. Pretty disappointed and judging from other recent reviews, It seems to be a problem with the current employees. Maybe they should consider hiring some other people.

I love icebergs milkshakes. But tonight we waited in a long line (which is okay) but I look over to see a worker making tiktoks with her friends I’m assuming. They also got our order wrong. Just need to be a little more

It was good food. After months of going there the food has gone way down hill. The owner is never there and just watches the camera, then chooses one kid to get after. He's choosy about who he gets after and for what. Hands off management style. No way to lead! The onion rings are burnt which means they have been in the fridge to long and they are old! The chicken strips have tendons and bone pieces in them. I would not recommend this location to anyone, not anymore!Parking: There is always room to park now.Kid-friendliness: The kids are usually pretty polite.
