Every time I go the food is cold, the cheese isn?t melted, and the wait times are odd considering the low amount of customers. I love Arctic Circle, butthis location needs help.

I decided to give t... read more I agree with some of the other customers. I went in one night an hour before closing and was told they weren’t serving food, only ice cream. I decided to give them another chance. At the drive-thru, the lady in front of me ordered four shakes, and it took 15 minutes to make them. By the time I got my food, it was very cold and not prepared properly. I called to express my frustration, and their response was always to come back and they would fix it. But if I wanted to come back, I wouldn’t be calling. Honestly, I think they need better management and more training. If they keep operating the way they are, they’ll lose customers and eventually go out of business.
