When waitress short brown ha... read more We visited on a Monday afternoon. two females) friend spoke some Spanish. She asked for red wine, I decided I wanted white instead. When waitress short brown hair above shoulders with glasses) came with bottle, friend asked for white instead before poured. She rolled her eyes, walked off looking very annoyed. As she walked back with the bottle she was visibly shaking her head in annoyance. Very cold and rude. We moved to bar to get pinchos, barman was indifferent to us, beard with earrings) not friendly. No patience when we were trying to communicate in Spanish. Tourists should avoid. We could not wait to finish our wine and pincho and get out of there. Horrible experience especially from the waitress at start. Should be spoken to by management. She was directly rude to us and was no need to get so annoyed. Place wasnt even that busy. Even if was not justified to treat laying customers that way.

We were p... read more We came here May 30th, 2022 (a Monday) around 8:30ish. It's in a nice neighborhood, though we had to walk through some not-so-nice areas to get there. We were part of a reservation (I didn't make the reservation) of 8 adults 2 toddlers. We had a larger table on the second floor and while we weren't all alone up there the entire time, I believe we were for the first half of our time there. We had kinda a weird feeling after being here. On the one hand, the atmosphere was nice, the staff were friendly and the food we ate was good. On the other hand, they messed up a handful of dishes and the staff were not good about getting back to us on our questions/bill/ordering stuff/etc. But I also felt a little awkward because we were here with our in-laws some of their friends and I felt like the in-law's friends were acting a smidgen rude/high-and-mighty to the staff. Not overly so but enough that it made me uncomfortable and I don't know if the staff were reacting to their negative behavior.

We had dinner there on a Saturday night, so obviously it was packed and very noisy that was expected but at the next table there was a group of very drunk, loca... read more We had dinner there on a Saturday night, so obviously it was packed and very noisy that was expected but at the next table there was a group of very drunk, local young men who were making a real nuisance. One of them even yelled a racist slur at me and I was made to feel very uncomfortable there come on, I am from London (I'm British Chinese), ethnic minorities can walk into any decent restaurant in London and can expected to be left alone, Londoners wouldn't bat an eyelid at a black or Asian person but these young locals were acting as if I was some kind of alien from outer space it was a nasty experience and given that this place wasn't that cheap, I was hoping that the prices would have deterred such people but I should stick to more expensive places instead. Yes you can't blame this on the staff and a waitress even did go over to that table to tell those drunk young men to calm down or else, but that's the kind of place it is please avoid. The food was very average but even if it was great, I still wouldn't recommend it.

I don’t know if It was because we are foreigners but i think u should review your politeness. If u don’t like your job, quit. By the way, the rabas were not good and the croquetas had too much oil. Definitely not a good spot. See you never
