Each course was cooked full of flavour, my hake unequaled elsewhere. I was particularly impressed by the presentation of the Spanish cheeses..... I do hope it becomes the "right way ' to serve cheese. Finally, our visit, the ambience of the restaurant and the history of the building was all brought together by our host in a truly professional but human way. The tomato salad was really good, and the dessert was beautiful. The fish looked great, even though I didn't try. The venue itself is beautiful, I would recommend coming after the darkness, because the lawn is lined up with fairy lights everywhere.
