El gastrobar Asubio es uno de los restaurantes con mejor calidad en el centro de Santander. Se encuentra en la calle Daoiz y Velarde, una zona muy animada, especialmente los fines de semana. Alrededor del restaurante hay una gran cantidad de pubs y bares, e incluso está junto a la famosa Plaza de Cañadio. El local es estrecho pero alargado, con una barra en la entrada que ofrece una gran variedad de pinchos. Más al fondo, hay varias mesas donde puedes sentarte a comer o cenar. Personalmente, me encanta ir a degustar los pinchos de este bar, siempre tienen una amplia variedad y todos lucen deliciosos, con un precio similar al de otros locales. También tienen una magnífica carta, destacando por la calidad de sus platos. Aunque también ofrecen menú del día, nunca me ha llamado la atención pedirlo, ya que siempre preferimos disfrutar de los pinchos o de la carta. Sin duda, te lo recomiendo.
