Il Pendolo - Sant'Agnello

We visited for lunch and upon sitting down we were told that the Pizzeria had in fact no pizza. So we ordered pasta dishes. They took 45 minutes to arrive and we were clearly not the only people on the wrong end of the service. The food was actually fairly reasonable. When I asked for the bill at the end it was dropped on the table by a waiter who looked away. Have to say not representative of the area generally, but a poor experience.

This was the first place we visited when we arrived. We were a bit tired and hungry but were seated and served very quickly. Prices were really reasonable and the staff were very pleasant. Pizzas were delicious! It soon became very busy and we did have a wait before we could get our bill. Lots of Italian families and groups there, which I take as a good sign given its immediate proximity to several hotels.

We enjoyed the food here so much we came back two nights in a row which is unheard of for us. Very tasty and extremely fresh food.

We went hear as it was next door, had read the reveiws and thought them unfair so decided to give it a go, we loved it, it was busy authentic, luckily i had a basic grasp of italian, and i mean basic, but the staff were great and the food lovely, would visit again

The first place we went to, when staying in Sant'Agnello, arriving after 10 pm with the restaurant seemingly full! The staff made room for us, bringing a table and 2 chairs out for us, and the food and drink were terrific!
