Kika - Santa Teresa

I had a bad experience with paying by credit card at this restaurant. It seems they mistakenly charged my order multiple times. I felt like I was being cheated. I would recommend bringing cash instead and paying for only what you receive.

The service at this restaurant was surprisingly terrible, especially considering the great service usually found in Costa Rica. They tried to charge me for drinks I never ordered, and the bartender near the bathroom was rude when I refused to pay for them. I have read similar complaints from other customers, and it seems like they may take advantage of intoxicated patrons. However, I was only there for 40 minutes and completely sober. On a positive note, the live band was enjoyable, making it a decent option for a Thursday night out as long as you are cautious about being overcharged.

After waiting a long time for service, I tried to get my bill but the waiter simply ignored me. He only came after a few people from another table told him that I was trying to get his attention. He then informed me that he did not remember taking my order (I just needed the bill) so I went to pay at the cashier. Despite my efforts, the waiter never brought me the bill. I had to inform the cashier of what I had ordered so she could charge me. Furthermore, they tried to overcharge me for drinks I never had. When I insisted on only paying for my order, the cashier became upset, as if it were my fault that I never received my bill, and the waiter ignored my attempts to settle the bill. The music and atmosphere were enjoyable, but the service was extremely poor.

This is a really cool bar with good live music. the environment is also very beautiful. in any case a great place to get a beer and hang. the main problem was with the meal we ordered. we have the vegetarian Thai noodles. we expected it had at least one kick, but it wasn't even sharp. the noodles were also overcooked, which made it hard to eat. the part was too big, which means we threw the half away from what makes me sad. I come back in definitiw, but only for drinks and music!

Great service, the waitresses are very attentive and helpful. Overal atmosphere great! Will come again!
