Run by a brother and... read more Hotel Leonardo is on the road from Camaldoli a Campigna. It 's off the beaten track and amazes me how many people know if it and go there. Run by a brother and sister the restaurant is worth a visit. Their speciality is pasta with 'formaggio di fossa ' cheese but everything else we ordered was good too. After lunch you can stay in their garden or been swim in their pool so take your costume. A hidden gem.

We were welcomed with a beer and a dish of fresh fruit (strawberries, cherries, peaches). When you return from one of the beautiful walks in nature, there is a nice area to chill in the sun around the swimming pool. All this with a great view on the forest on the hills surrounding the hotel. The food is delicious. Try eating dinner at the hotel in the evening. You won't be disappointed and for sure: you won't be hungry afterwards! Our opinion: Thumbs up!

Perfect place for relax vacation or people loving to hike, bike in nature.
